And BTW, if you've come this far hunting for an address to which you can send general questions, sorry, but I cannot respond to such queries. It's simply a matter of time and resources. I get far too much email as it is, and I don't have a secretary or research assistant. I do selectively respond to questions related directly to my own material that I have posted here, especially if it is from one of my former students (if it's been a while, best to remind me! --what school and what years?) or if it is related to a formal research project (i.e., a thesis or dissertation--not undergrad papers in most cases). Such replies are totally at my own discretion and time constraints at the time it is received.
