Forthcoming, Baylor Univ Press, ? (perhaps 2010?)
This volume has been under contract since 2005 and I've actually begun working on it Jan. 2007 (after I submitted the MS for my Koine Greek Reader to the publisher).
It is part of a new series edited by Martin Culy, of which the vols. on Acts (Parson and Culy) and 1-3 John (Culy) have been published. I haven't seen any official publication or listing for the series in Baylor's material or on the web. So far as I know the following vols have been solicited:
